Organizers of the CESI LAN event hosted at the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, featuring the State Collegiate Rocket League Finals.

This event was nothing short of a masterclass in hybrid LAN Production (during a global pandemic.

The Request

The client required full venue AV management, arena satellite control room fulfillment, custom intercom installation, H&S compliance, coordination & floor management in a major sports stadium.

This presented one of the most unique technical challenges and definitely deserves a more in-depth technical write up (Coming soon TM).

The Result

• Executed broadcast using unique technical infrastructure, bespoke to that event and built from the ground up.
• Connected venue staff, stage directors, and satellite production studios (Breda, Netherlands & Adelaide, Australia).
• Developed a proof of concept for a cost effective hybrid production solution for event organisers looking to broadcast and integrate with in-house AV.
• Happy fans and stakeholders - the event could actually take place.

Remarks

Demonstrated Monkey Bubble's technical capabilities in large-scale stadium environments,  complex engineering capabilities and ability to comply with local laws due to pandemic.
